After much discussion with various people, I’ve decided to attend South By Southwest next year.

I’ll also be hanging out in the US for a week or so to do the tourist thing, now I just need to decide where to go :)

Current front-runners are:

• New Orleans
• San Francisco

I have no idea if all the NO touristy-type things I’d want to do (French Quarter, Garden District, etc.) are still standing/worth visiting, I guess I’ll have to do a bit of research.
